Hello Everyone 

welcome to our wedding website. We wanted to create something that was full of all the relevant information which will answer any questions that you may have, which should hopefully help you to prepare for our special day. 

Date-

12/12/26 it's a Saturday so hopefully no need to book the day off work. 

Time 

Day guests-

Ceremony will start at 12:30 so please arrive by 12:00 to ensure you can get the best seat. 

Evening guests- 

first dance will commence at 19:30

parking- 

Their is ample of parking in a private car park at the venue so your car will be completely safe. Anyone needing to leave their car at the venue over night please ensure you pick your car up the following day by 10am thank you.


Hotel- 

we have been able to book 25 rooms out for some guests so if you would like to have one of these rooms please let us know at the first opportunity that you have. Once these rooms are gone then unfortunately it's down to you to organise accommodation if you would like to stay.


we do have some stunning air B&B local to the venue and also some reasonably priced hotel rooms nearby. If you would like one please don't leave the booking to last minute in case they are fully booked. These hotels are within a 10-15 minutes car distance from the venue.

dress code-

please don't wear a pure white dress any other colour is absolutely acceptable.

 

Guest pick up-

we will be having a transport bus picking guests up at 11:45 from Sawbridegeworth- Greatanglia. If you would like free transport to the venue please don't be late. The other train station near by is Harlow mill which is 15 minutes drive from the venue.  But please ensure that you let us know in the RSVP so the drive knows who/ how many guests they will be collecting.

An evening bus can also be provided if we have enough people requesting it. So if you have been invited to our reception then please let us know if you require this and then we can accommodate this request. 


last orders 

last orders at the bar will be at 23:30, then you need to be ready for when clock strike midnight your need to have your Cinderella carriage waiting to go home. 

 

Photographs 

we have already paid for a photographer, videographer and content creator so we would really like you to be present in the moment with us during our ceremony. So this means that we are requesting that you kindly put your phones away throughout the ceremony and be present in this special moment with us. 

 

gifts- 

we'll soon be saying 'I Do.'

And for a gift, if you haven't a clue.

Then we would really love some cash,

so for our honeymoon we can splash, 

Out on a romantic trip for two.

 

Meal-

Canopies- mince pies

starter- prawn salad or liver pâtè on toast/bread

main- traditional Christmas dinner with beef or turkey 

pudding- mixture of Christmas yummyness 

Evening buffet- pizza platter 

 

plus one/ children 

please don't invite your own guest as we are only able to cater for the people that we have invited as this is all our venue can accommodate for this. So please if you have not been informed that you can have additional person then please only turn up on your own. 

 

Following day-

Anyone that is staying over night either at the local hotels, venue or anyone that would like to come join us the following day (13/12/26) myself John and the monsters will be going for breakfast. Destination Will be decided closer to the time as this will be dependent on how many people would like to join us. This will not be being purchased by myself and John so you will need to pay for yourself but anyone that would like to come are more then welcome to.


venue accommodation- 

we have space for 18 people at our venue for accommodation, unfortunately we have been informed that it is a No dogs rule. We have rooms already organised for:
